Description
A&D Essential UA-651BLE Bluetooth upper arm blood pressure monitor
The A&D Essential UA-651BLE is an upper arm blood pressure monitor that measures systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse rate with one button. It sends readings by Bluetooth to the free A&D Heart Track app, so you can keep a history on your phone and share it.
The wide-range cuff fits upper arms of 22 to 42 cm (8.6 to 16.5 inches). It shows an irregular heartbeat symbol when an irregular rhythm is detected during a reading, and the app also connects to Apple Health and Google Fit. It comes with a carrying case and four AA batteries.
The monitor works without the app, and it holds up to 30 readings until they sync. It is for adults and is not intended for newborns, infants or pregnant women. It is not for self-diagnosis, so talk to your doctor about your results. An optional AC adapter is sold separately.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
How do I sync readings to my phone?
Pair the monitor with your phone over Bluetooth and readings are sent to the free A&D Heart Track app after each measurement. The monitor pairs with one device at a time.
Can I use it without a phone?
Yes. You can take readings and see them on the monitor display without connecting to the app.
How many readings does the monitor store?
If your phone is not in range, the monitor temporarily holds up to 30 sets of readings and sends them at the next connection. The Heart Track app keeps an unlimited history.
What arm size does the cuff fit?
The included wide-range cuff fits upper arm circumferences of 22 to 42 cm (8.6 to 16.5 in). The monitor is not designed for use with a small adult cuff.
What does the IHB symbol mean?
It appears when the monitor detects an irregular rhythm during a measurement. A&D recommends contacting your physician if you see it often.
What are the safety limits?
It is for adults. Do not use it on newborns or infants or on pregnant women, and consult a doctor first if you have had a mastectomy or have a severe circulatory problem in the arm. Do not self-diagnose or start treatment from the readings.
What powers it?
Four AA batteries, which are included. An optional AC adapter (TB-233) is sold separately.
