The A&D UC-450BLE is a Bluetooth smart scale that measures weight and uses bio-electrical impedance analysis to estimate body fat and other metrics. A&D lists seven: weight, BMI, muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, body water and BMR.

Step on barefoot and readings sync over Bluetooth 5.0 to the free A&D Heart Track app on iOS or Android. The scale holds 200 readings, handles up to 397 lb, and shows pounds or kilograms.

It comes with four AAA batteries. It is for home use by generally healthy adults and children 10 to 17, and it is not for anyone pregnant or with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device.
