GLUCOCARD Expression talking blood glucose meter kit
The ARKRAY GLUCOCARD Expression is a blood glucose meter with a bilingual voice function, designed to help people with low vision as well as other users. It codes itself when you insert a test strip and shows a result in six seconds.
The voice speaks in English or Spanish at five volume levels and can be turned off. The meter stores 300 results with date and time, shows 7, 14 and 30 day averages, and lets you test on the fingertip, forearm or palm.
The meter needs GLUCOCARD Expression test strips and control solution, and runs on two AAA batteries. It is for single patient use, is not for diagnosing or screening for diabetes, and is not for newborns. Hematocrit above 55 percent or below 30 percent can affect results.
