Children's Motrin dye-free berry ibuprofen oral suspension, 8 fl oz
Children's Motrin Dye-Free Berry is an ibuprofen oral suspension for ages 2 to 11, with 100 mg of ibuprofen (an NSAID) in each 5 mL. It is a pain reliever and fever reducer that the package says lasts up to 8 hours.
The Drug Facts list temporary relief of minor aches and pains due to the common cold, flu, sore throat, headache and toothache, and fever reduction. The 8 fl oz bottle is dye-free, alcohol-free and non-staining, with an enclosed dosing cup.
Dose by weight if possible, otherwise by age, using only the enclosed cup, and repeat every 6 to 8 hours up to 4 times a day. Ask a doctor for children under 2. NSAIDs can cause stomach bleeding and allergic reactions, so read the warnings.
