The Mute Nasal Dilator is a drug-free internal nasal dilator worn inside the nose during sleep to help reduce snoring. Adjustable left and right stents gently open the nasal passages, and Mute states it can increase airflow through them by up to 38%. This pack holds three Medium dilators.
Mute is soft, clear and latex free, made from pliable polymers. Mute says Medium suits many women and men, and offers a Starter Pack with all three sizes if you are unsure. Each dilator is recommended for up to 10 nights, so this 3 pack covers 30 nights.
After each use, wash in warm soapy water, rinse, dry and store in a dry place, and dispose of each dilator after 10 uses. Mute is not for treating sleep apnea. If your snoring may be a sign of sleep apnea, consult a doctor or sleep specialist. Personal use only, not for children under 12.
