Mute nasal dilator starter pack for snoring, Small, Medium and Large
The Mute nasal dilator is a small internal nasal dilator that sits inside the nose to help open the nasal passages. This starter pack includes one Small, one Medium and one Large dilator, so you can try each size and find the right fit before choosing a single size.
Each Mute is made from a soft, transparent, latex-free biocompatible polymer and has left and right sides that adjust independently. Insert it following the natural angle of your nose so only the bridge shows. Each dilator can be reused for up to 10 nights with washing after each use.
Mute is drug-free and for personal use only. It is not for treating sleep apnea, so talk to a doctor or sleep specialist if your snoring may be a sign of sleep apnea. It is not suitable for children under 12. Wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry after each use.

How do I put it in?
Hold the bridge with the loops facing you, insert following the natural angle of your nose so only the bridge shows, then adjust each side independently for a secure fit.
How many times can I reuse it?
The manufacturer recommends up to 10 nights per dilator. Wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry after each use, and store in a dry place.
Which size should I pick?
The Starter Pack includes all three so you can try them. The manufacturer says women are generally Small or Medium and men typically Medium or Large.
