Description
NeilMed Sinus Rinse kit with 2 bottles, 250 packets, and NasaMist saline spray
This NeilMed Sinus Rinse kit is a nasal saline rinse system with two 8 fl oz squeeze bottles and 250 premixed saline packets. A bonus 75 mL NasaMist saline spray is included for nasal moisture away from home.
To use it, empty one packet into a bottle filled with 8 fl oz of distilled, micro-filtered, bottled, or previously boiled and cooled water, shake to dissolve, and rinse as directed. NeilMed says most users rinse twice a day and recommends replacing the bottle every three months.
Do not use tap water unless it has been boiled and cooled, and do not rinse with plain water or homemade salt mixtures. NeilMed advises against use if nasal passages are completely blocked or with an ear infection, and says to follow your physician's advice.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
What water should I use?
NeilMed says to use distilled, micro-filtered (0.2 micron), commercially bottled, or previously boiled and cooled water. Do not use tap water unless it has been sterilized by boiling.
Can I use the bottle with plain water or homemade salt?
NeilMed says to rinse only with its Sinus Rinse packets. Plain water without the mixture can cause a severe burning sensation, and homemade salt mixtures are not recommended.
How often should I rinse?
NeilMed says most users find rinsing twice a day beneficial, and to follow your physician's advice.
How often should I replace the bottle?
NeilMed recommends replacing the bottle every three months.
Who should not use it?
NeilMed advises against use on children or adults with physical limitations or mental disabilities. Do not rinse if your nasal passages are completely blocked or you have an ear infection or blocked ears. Contact your physician before irrigating after recent ear or sinus surgery. Adults should read the directions first before using it on children.
What should I do if I feel pressure or burning?
Stop and get directions from your physician if you feel ear pressure or nasal burning. Do not swallow the solution.
How do I store it?
Store between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C), and keep out of reach of children.
