Description
Simple Bluetooth upper arm monitor
The Omron BP7150 3 Series is an upper arm blood pressure monitor with one-touch operation that syncs readings by Bluetooth to the compatible OMRON app. It also stores 14 readings for one user on the monitor, so it works without a phone.
It shows a High symbol at 130 mmHg systolic or 80 mmHg diastolic and above, and flags an irregular heartbeat when detected 2 or more times in a reading. The included D-ring cuff fits upper arms 9 to 17 in (22 to 42 cm), and the monitor needs 4 AA batteries, which Omron does not include.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Do batteries come with it?
Omron's manual lists the contents as the monitor, cuff, instruction manual and quick start guide, and its specifications say 4 AA batteries are not included. Plan to have 4 AA batteries on hand. An AC adapter is an optional accessory sold separately.
How do I connect it to my phone?
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, install the compatible OMRON app, and follow the pairing steps in the app. Keep the monitor within 16 ft (5 m) of your phone. Bluetooth is on by default, and readings transfer after each measurement.
Can I use it without the app?
Yes. The manual describes using the monitor without a smart device. It stores up to 14 readings on the monitor for 1 user.
Can more than one person use it?
It tracks readings for 1 user. If you share it, Omron says to track the other person's readings separately.
What cuff size does it take?
The included cuff fits upper arms 9 to 17 in (22 to 42 cm) around. An optional 7 to 9 in cuff is available separately from Omron.
What does the High symbol mean?
It appears when your systolic is 130 mmHg or above, or your diastolic is 80 mmHg or above, based on ACC/AHA 2017 categories. The irregular heartbeat symbol appears when an irregular rhythm is detected 2 or more times during a measurement. If it keeps appearing, Omron recommends consulting your physician.
Who should not use it, and when should I turn Bluetooth off?
It is for adults at home and is not intended for ambulatory use. Omron says it is intended for adults. It should not be used on infants, toddlers, children or people who cannot express themselves, on an injured arm or an arm under medical treatment, or while on an IV drip or blood transfusion. Do not use it near MRI, CT or high frequency surgical equipment, in oxygen rich environments, or while moving (it is not intended for ambulatory use). Omron says to consult your physician before using it if you have common arrhythmias, arterial sclerosis, poor perfusion, diabetes, pregnancy, pre-eclampsia or renal disease. It has not been validated for use on pregnant patients. It emits 2.4 GHz radio signals, so disable Bluetooth or remove batteries where RF is restricted, such as aircraft or hospitals. Never adjust medication based on readings.
