The Omron HEM-RML31-B is a replacement upper arm blood pressure cuff for compatible Omron home monitors. Its wide range fits arms 9 to 17 inches around, covering both standard and larger adult arms.

The soft, contoured cuff wraps around the arm with a D-ring closure. The hook material faces outward and the metal ring stays off the skin, with a smooth cloth inside the loop.
