Pure Encapsulations Synergy K is a vitamin K supplement that combines vitamin K1, vitamin K2 as MK-4 and vitamin K2 as MK-7 with vitamin D3. Each vegetarian capsule lists 500 mcg K1, 1,000 mcg MK-4, 45 mcg MK-7 and 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of D3 as cholecalciferol.
The suggested use is one capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by your health care practitioner. It is offered in 60 and 120 capsule bottles, and the amounts above are per single capsule serving.
Vitamin K can interact with anticoagulant medication such as warfarin, so check with your practitioner first if you take one. The label advises that it is not for pregnant or lactating women. This is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
