Headgear stretches and wears with use, so replacing it helps keep the mask positioned as intended. ResMed suggests replacing it about every six months and hand washing it weekly in mild detergent.

The ResMed AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20 full face masks. It is not for the F20 for Her or the F30i and X30i, which have their own headgear.

Does it include the mask frame or cushion?

No. This is headgear only.

Are the headgear clips included?

ResMed's page lists only the headgear and sells the F20 headgear clips (2-pack) separately. Keep your existing clips.

How often should I replace it?

How do I wash it?

ResMed advises hand washing weekly in warm water (about 30 C / 86 F) with mild liquid detergent, rinsing well, and air drying out of direct sunlight.
