Zacurate 500E-B Bluetooth fingertip pulse oximeter with free app

The Zacurate 500E-B is a Bluetooth fingertip pulse oximeter that measures blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate. It pairs with the free Beyond Oximeter app on iPhone and Android, where readings can be viewed and stored over time.

The app also shows pulse strength, respiration rate, perfusion index and an SpO2 waveform, and supports multiple users. The device has its own color OLED display with six layouts, and a button press flips the screen so a caregiver can read it. A lanyard and silicone cover are included.

The 500E-B uses 2 AAA batteries, which are included. A smartphone is required for app features, though the device also shows readings on its own screen. Readings can be affected by cold fingers, nail polish and movement, so ask your doctor how to interpret your numbers.
