The 3M Littmann Cardiology IV Diagnostic Stethoscope in Burgundy with a stainless steel mirror-finish chestpiece delivers exceptional acoustic performance for detailed assessments in critical care and high-noise environments. It provides more than twice the loudness of similar stethoscopes,* making it easier to hear subtle heart and lung sounds.
Featuring tunable diaphragms on both adult and pediatric sides, this stethoscope allows quick adaptation to different patient needs. Its larger, deeper bell improves low-frequency sound detection, while the ergonomic headset and soft-sealing eartips ensure all-day comfort.
