Ultra-thin smart ring for sleep and recovery

The RingConn Gen 2 Air is a titanium smart ring just 6.8 mm wide and 2 mm thick, weighing 2.5 to 4 g depending on size. It tracks heart rate, SpO2, heart rate variability, skin temperature and respiratory rate around the clock, plus sleep stages, steps, calories and workouts.

RingConn rates the battery at up to 10 days with about 90 minutes to charge, and lists IP68 with a 100 m rating. It works with the RingConn app on iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+ with no subscription fee, and it does not include sleep apnea monitoring.

How do I pick my size?

RingConn sizes differ from standard ring sizes and runs 6 to 14. RingConn offers a sizing kit; wear the best candidate for 24 hours on the finger you plan to use. RingConn recommends the index finger but says accuracy holds on the middle or ring finger.
