Description
Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Scar Cream 1.7 oz for acne, surgery, burn and injury scars
Mederma PM Intensive Overnight Scar Cream is a topical scar treatment made to be used at night. It is designed to work with the skin's nighttime regenerative activity to visibly reduce the look of scars from acne, surgery, burns and injury. This listing is for the 1.7 oz (48 g) tube.
Mederma describes a triple-action formula with Cepalin botanical extract and Tripeptol that supports collagen production, cell renewal and moisture retention. You apply it once nightly, and the brand describes the texture as non-greasy. Older scars can start right away, while new scars should wait until the wound has closed.
Use at least 8 weeks on new scars and 3 to 6 months on existing scars, per the directions. Do not apply to broken skin, deep or puncture wounds, animal bites or serious burns. It is not a facial moisturizer, contains alcohol and fragrance, and is for external use only.
