Description
Description
Welch Allyn FlexiPort Size-07 infant disposable blood pressure cuff, 20 per case
The Welch Allyn FlexiPort Size-07 Infant cuff is a soft fabric blood pressure cuff for infants, sized for arm circumferences of 9 to 13 cm (3.5 to 5.1 in). It is sold here as cuffs only, in a case of 20, for use by clinically trained staff.
It uses the FlexiPort connection, which lets the cuff work as a one-tube or two-tube cuff, and it closes with hook and loop. Welch Allyn labels it for use with manual and automated sphygmomanometers, and the size range is printed on each cuff.
No tubing or connectors are included, so you need compatible Welch Allyn tubing or adapters. Use the cuff only when the artery index marker falls inside the printed range. Welch Allyn states the cuffs are contraindicated for neonates and that the word disposable is a model name, not a single-patient claim.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
What size is this cuff?
Size-07 Infant. The listed range is 9-13 cm (3.5-5.1 in) arm circumference. The range is printed on each cuff, and Welch Allyn says to use the cuff only when the artery index marker falls within it.
Does it come with tubing or a bulb?
No. You receive the cuffs only. You need compatible Welch Allyn tubing or connectors for your monitor.
Is this cuff single-patient use?
Welch Allyn states that the term disposable is a model designator only and is not meant to imply single patient use. Its instructions for use include cleaning and low-level disinfection steps, and say to inspect the cuff for wear and leaks afterward. Follow your facility policy.
What monitors does it work with?
Welch Allyn designs it to work with manual and automated sphygmomanometers, using the FlexiPort connection and the correct tubing or adapter for your device.
Who should use it?
Welch Allyn says the cuff is intended for use by a clinically trained medical professional. It is contraindicated for neonate use.
What are the safety cautions?
Do not inflate the cuff unless the hook and loop is closed. Do not apply it over delicate or damaged skin or on a limb with an IV infusion. Allow space for 1 to 2 fingers between the patient and the cuff. Do not use steam or heat to sterilize it.
