Go2sleep 3 ring sleep tracker for SpO2, heart rate and sleep stages

The Go2sleep 3 is a 6 g ring sleep tracker from SLEEPON that you wear on a finger overnight. It uses dual-wavelength optical sensors to track blood oxygen (SpO2), heart rate and sleep stages, collecting data every second.

It comes with three silicone ring holders and a magnetic charger. The SLEEPON 3 app on iOS 13 and later or Android 10 and later builds your sleep report, which you can export as a PDF or Excel file. Battery life is listed as 2 nights.

The ring is rated IP67 and stores about 8 days of data on the device. It is not presented as a medical diagnostic device, so talk to a doctor about sleep apnea or other sleep concerns. Firmware V4.0 or later is needed to connect to the SLEEPON 3 app.
