Find your most fertile days with LH and estrogen tracking
The Clearblue Fertility Monitor with Touch Screen reads test sticks used with your first urine of the day and tells you whether your fertility is Low, High, or Peak for the next 24 hours. By detecting a rise in estrogen as well as the LH surge, it can show most women an extra 1 to 5 days of High Fertility before the 2 Peak days.
Clearblue reports 99% accuracy at detecting the LH surge in laboratory testing against a reference method. It is designed to help you become pregnant, is not for contraception, and is suited to natural cycles of 21 to 42 days.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Who is it suitable for?
Clearblue says it is suitable for women whose natural cycle normally lasts between 21 and 42 days. Most women need 10 test sticks per cycle, and women with irregular or long cycles (more than 35 days) may need 20.
Is it a contraceptive?
No. It is designed to help you become pregnant and is not intended for contraception. Clearblue also says no product can guarantee pregnancy.
Which conditions and medications can give misleading results?
Clearblue says women with menopausal symptoms, polycystic ovarian syndrome, impaired liver or kidney function, or who are pregnant or recently pregnant (even if not carried to full term) may get misleading results. Antibiotics containing tetracyclines, hormonal treatments such as hormonal contraception or hormone replacement therapy, fertility treatments containing hCG or LH, or any treatment that might affect your cycle can also do this.
What if I take clomiphene citrate?
Clearblue says clomiphene citrate may raise estrogen levels, which can show High Fertility early or in some cases no Peak Fertility even when ovulation occurs. It recommends talking to your doctor before using the monitor.
Should I wait after stopping hormones, breastfeeding, or a pregnancy?
Clearblue says women who have recently been breastfeeding, or stopped hormonal treatments or other treatment that might affect their cycle, may wish to wait for at least two natural cycles in a row of 21 to 42 days. Women who were recently pregnant may still have hCG and are advised to wait for the same two natural cycles.
When should I see a doctor?
Clearblue says to consult a doctor if you are under 35 and have been trying for over 12 months, or 35 or older and have been trying for over 6 months. Couples with medically diagnosed fertility problems should consult their doctor before using it, and you should check with your doctor about any medication before trying to conceive.
How accurate is it?
In laboratory testing Clearblue found it 99% accurate at detecting the LH surge in cycles where a reference method also found a surge. Most women get 1 to 5 days of High Fertility warning before Peak Fertility.
What do I need to buy separately?
Clearblue Fertility Monitor Test Sticks, and 2 AA alkaline batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries. The monitor is not waterproof.
When do I test?
You test with your first urine of the day within a Testing Window you set. Your first test is requested on day 6 of cycle 1, and later cycles vary between day 6 and 9.
