The Beurer EM50 is a slim, wearable TENS unit with heat designed for menstrual cramp relief. It combines TENS stimulation with warmth in one flexible pad that bends along the abdomen.

It offers 15 TENS intensity settings and heat up to 109 F, which warms up within about 3 minutes. The unit shuts off automatically after 20 minutes and recharges through the included USB cable.

The box holds the unit, 2 gel electrode pads, a USB cable and a manual. Do not use it with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, and ask your doctor first if you are pregnant or have epilepsy. Read the manual before use.
