Zacurate 500BL fingertip pulse oximeter for SpO2 and pulse rate

The Zacurate 500BL is a compact fingertip pulse oximeter that shows blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate on a red LED display. One button starts a reading, and results typically appear in about 10 seconds. It is a simple spot-check pulse ox for home, travel and sports.

A spring-loaded finger chamber lined with hypoallergenic, latex-free silicone fits a wide range of finger sizes. The display includes a battery indicator and a pulse strength bar graph, and the unit switches itself off about 10 seconds after you remove your finger. A lanyard and silicone cover are included.

The 500BL runs on 2 AAA alkaline batteries, which are included. It has no Bluetooth, no app and no memory, so readings are not saved. The manufacturer states it is for ages 12 and up and for humans only. Cold fingers, nail polish and strong infrared light can affect readings.
