Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Which monitors does it work with?
It is designed for upper arm monitors that use an interchangeable cuff connector. We cannot confirm compatibility with any specific brand or model, so check your monitor's make and model, and its connector, before ordering. It will not work with wrist monitors or monitors with a cuff that is built in.
What if the connector does not match my monitor?
The listing says you can transfer the connector tip from your original cuff to this cuff. Check your monitor's manual first.
Does it come with a monitor?
No. This is a cuff only.
What arm size is it for?
Upper arm circumference of 5.9 to 9.5 in (15 to 24 cm). Measure your bare upper arm at the midpoint before ordering.
Can I use it for a child?
Small cuffs like this are sometimes used for smaller arms, but blood pressure in children should be measured under a clinician's guidance. Ask your pediatrician.
Will readings be as accurate as with the original cuff?
Third-party cuffs have not been tested by the monitor maker with your monitor. Ask your clinician to compare readings against a reference device if accuracy matters.
