Bioland G-427B blood glucose test strips, 50 count

Bioland G-427B blood glucose test strips are single-use strips for the Bioland G-427B glucose monitor, also sold under the Tellihealth name. This 50 count supply is for routine home testing with capillary blood.

Once the confirmation window fills, the meter beeps and counts down 5 seconds before showing the result. The meter manual lists fingertip, palm, forearm, upper arm, calf and thigh testing under stated conditions.

Store strips at 39 to 86 F with humidity below 80% and use each one right after removing it from the vial. Use only Bioland strips with this meter, and never reuse a strip. The meter and lancing device are sold separately.

Can I use alternate sites?

The manual lists fingertip, palm, forearm, upper arm, calf and thigh, only in steady-state conditions such as before meals or 2 hours after insulin or exercise. Do not use alternate sites if you think your glucose is low, you do not notice low glucose, or results do not match how you feel.

Does it work with a CGM or for insulin dosing?

The manual says alternate site results are not for calibrating continuous glucose monitors or for insulin dose calculations.
