iHealth Nexus Bluetooth body composition scale with MyVitals app

The iHealth Nexus Wireless Body Composition Scale, model HS2S, tracks nine values: weight, BMI, body fat, body water, lean mass, visceral fat rating, muscle mass, bone mass and daily calorie intake. Readings sync to your phone so you can follow trends over time.

It connects by Bluetooth 4.0 to the free iHealth MyVitals app, with no Wi-Fi needed, and supports up to 8 user profiles. The backlit LED display shows your result, and the scale handles body weights from 11 to 400 lb.

The scale runs on 4 AAA batteries, which are included. It identifies users by weight within a 5 lb variance, so similar weights can be mixed up. Body composition values are estimates for tracking, not a diagnosis. Ask your doctor first if you have an implanted device.
