The 3M Littmann Classic III is an icon in medical instrumentation, renowned for its exceptional acoustics and durability. It allows users to more reliably and consistently hear heart sounds at lower frequencies (below 120Hz) like Korotkoff sounds, Mitral Stenosis and S3 and S4 Gallops when compared to other leading stethoscopes. Its tunable diaphragm can alternate between low- and high- frequency sounds without turning over the chest piece, while its 27-inch length provides further flexibility and portability.
