Flex Menstrual Discs are single-use period discs worn internally for up to 12 hours. Each disc holds the equivalent of 5+ super tampons and sits in the vaginal fornix below the cervix rather than in the vaginal canal.

The rim is designed to warm and form to the body, and the disc is one size. Flex states it is made from a medical-grade polymer blend and is free of natural rubber latex, BPA and phthalates. It is available in 12-pack and 24-pack options.

To insert, pinch the disc in half and push it back toward the tailbone, tucking the front rim behind the pubic bone. To remove, hook a finger under the rim and pull slowly, keeping it level. Check with a doctor first if you have an IUD.
