Wide range Easy-Wrap cuff for compatible Omron monitors

The Omron Easy-Wrap ComFit Cuff (HEM-FL31-B) is a pre-formed upper arm cuff for arms of 9 to 17 inches (22 to 42 cm). It plugs into the air jack of a compatible Omron monitor.

Omron says it works only with Omron monitors that show HEM-FL31-B next to the air jack, so check your monitor before ordering. Clean it with a soft cloth and do not immerse it in water.

Frequently asked questions
Will it fit my Omron monitor?

Only if your monitor has HEM-FL31-B printed next to the air jack. Omron says this cuff works only with Omron Advanced Accuracy monitors compatible with the ComFit Cuff style HEM-FL31-B, and that no other type of arm cuff should be used on them.

What arm size does it fit?

Upper arm circumference of 9 to 17 in (22 to 42 cm). Omron says to use it only on people whose arm is within that range.

How do I put it on?

Click the air plug into the monitor, then wrap the cuff on your upper arm with the bottom edge 0.5 in (1 to 2 cm) above the inside of the elbow and the air tube on the inside of the arm, in line with your middle finger. Wrap it securely so it cannot move.

Which arm should I use?

Omron recommends always using the same arm. Readings can differ between arms, and if they differ substantially, ask your physician which arm to use.

How do I clean it?

Use a soft dry cloth or one moistened with mild neutral detergent, then wipe dry. Do not wash or immerse it, and do not use abrasive or volatile cleaners.

Any safety warnings?

Keep the air tube away from infants and children because of the strangulation risk, and keep components away from them because of small parts. Do not kink the air tube during a measurement, and remove tight or thick clothing from the arm.
