Beurer Elite 900 Bluetooth blood pressure monitor with one-piece upper arm cuff
The Beurer Elite 900 (model BM 59) is a fully automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor with the cuff built into the unit, so there is no tube or separate cuff to manage. It measures blood pressure and pulse, shows results on an illuminated LCD, and stores up to 240 readings.
Readings transfer by Bluetooth to the free beurer HealthManager Pro app, where you can keep your history and export it to share with a doctor. An LED colour scale helps classify each reading, and arrhythmia detection alerts you to a possible irregular heartbeat.
The attached cuff fits upper arms of 22 to 42 cm (8.7 to 16.5 in). It runs on a built-in rechargeable battery, about 60 measurements per charge, and has memory for one user. It is for home self-monitoring by adults and does not replace a doctor's advice.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Is the Elite 900 the same as the Beurer BM 59?
Yes. Beurer sells the Elite 900 in the US as model BM 59.
Does it use batteries?
It has a built-in rechargeable battery that charges over USB. Beurer lists about 60 measurements per charge. No AA or AAA batteries are needed.
What arm sizes does it fit?
The attached cuff fits upper arm circumferences of 22 to 42 cm (8.7 to 16.5 in). It is a one-piece unit, so a different cuff size cannot be swapped in.
Can more than one person use it?
It has memory for one user, with up to 240 readings stored on the device.
Does it connect to an app?
Yes. Readings transfer by Bluetooth to the free beurer HealthManager Pro app, which can export data to share with a doctor. Beurer notes the full range of features requires the app.
Can it tell me if my heartbeat is irregular?
It has arrhythmia detection that alerts you to a possible irregular heartbeat during a measurement. This is not a diagnosis. Only a doctor can diagnose a heart rhythm problem, so talk to your doctor if the alert appears often.
Can I use it for blood pressure diagnosis?
No. It is intended for home self-monitoring by adults. Discuss your readings with your doctor and do not change medication on your own.
