How to Use
Position the cuff on your wrist and rest your arm on a table so your wrist is at heart level. Press the start button to begin measurement. The monitor inflates automatically and displays systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate results on the large LCD screen.

Helpful Tips
For consistent results, measure at the same time daily. Sit quietly for 5–10 minutes before testing. Avoid caffeine, smoking, and exercise 30 minutes prior to measuring. Keep your back straight, feet flat, and wrist steady during readings.
