The Withings Sleep Tracking Mat is an under-mattress sleep tracker that needs no wearable. It tracks sleep duration and stages, wake episodes, respiratory rate, resting heart rate and snoring, and gives you a daily sleep score in the Withings Health Mate app.

Slide the thin mat under your mattress beneath your chest and plug it in with the included USB power adapter. It connects over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi so your data syncs to the free Health Mate app on your phone or tablet.

The mat has no battery, so it needs a nearby wall outlet and must be fully covered by the mattress with only the cord extending out. Vibrating massage features on adjustable beds may interfere with tracking. It is a wellness sleep tracker and does not replace medical advice.
