Description
Choose Health 4-in-1 adrenal health test kit, cortisol and DHEA-S at-home blood test
The Choose Health 4-in-1 Adrenal Health test is an at-home finger-prick blood test that measures cortisol, DHEA-S, the DHEA-S to cortisol ratio and visceral fat. It is designed to give you a look at adrenal health and function without a clinic visit.
You collect 4 to 5 drops of blood with the lancet, then mail the sample back in the prepaid envelope. The sample is tested in CAP- and CLIA-accredited laboratories, and results are shared electronically about 3 to 4 days after the lab receives it.
The kit is for use in the United States only. Not available in New York or Rhode Island. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, so review your results with a healthcare professional.
