Choose Health 6-in-1 female hormone test kit, at-home blood test for estrogen and progesterone
The Choose Health 6-in-1 Female Hormone Test is an at-home blood test kit that looks at progesterone, estradiol, FSH, LH, TSH and visceral fat. You collect a few drops of blood from a finger prick at home, with no clinic visit needed.
After collection you mail the sample back in the prepaid envelope using a USPS post office or drop box. Choose Health says testing is done in CAP- and CLIA-accredited laboratories and results are shared electronically about 3 to 4 days after the lab receives your sample.
Not available in New York or Rhode Island.
This is a wellness test, not a diagnosis, so review your results with your healthcare provider.
