Garmin lists up to 14 days of battery in smartwatch mode and a 5 ATM swim rating. It includes GPS, Garmin Pay, downloadable audio, and calls with a paired phone.

How long does the battery last?

Garmin lists up to 14 days in smartwatch mode and up to 26 days in battery saver mode. With the always-on display it is up to 5 days, GPS-only mode is up to 26 hours, all-systems GPS is up to 20 hours, and all-systems GPS with music is up to 11 hours.

Is it waterproof?

It is rated Swim, 5 ATM, which Garmin's manual says is equal to pressure at a depth of 50 m.

Can I take calls on it?

Yes, with a connected phone. The watch shows incoming calls and has a built-in speaker and microphone for the phone's voice assistant.

Can I store music?

Yes. You can download audio content from a supported third-party provider or your computer. Downloading from a provider needs a Wi-Fi connection.

What does the pulse oximeter do?

It estimates blood oxygen saturation from your wrist. Garmin says accuracy varies with blood flow, watch placement, and how still you are, and that the feature is not available in all countries.
