The Garmin Venu 4 41 mm is a compact fitness smartwatch with a 1.2 inch AMOLED touchscreen, multi-band GPS, built-in speaker and microphone. It tracks heart rate, HRV status, sleep, stress, Pulse Ox and Body Battery energy, and gives daily wellness insights in the Garmin Connect app.

Battery lasts up to 10 days in smartwatch mode. More than 80 built-in sports apps cover running, cycling, swimming and strength training, and 8 GB of storage holds music. Paired with your phone it handles calls, voice commands and smart notifications from your wrist.

Setup uses a compatible iPhone or Android phone and the Garmin Connect app. The watch is rated 5 ATM for swimming and showering, and it also connects by Wi-Fi and ANT+. Garmin states its health features are not medical devices and are not for diagnosis or treatment.
