Microlife digital basal thermometer for ovulation and fertility tracking
The Microlife digital basal thermometer is made for basal body temperature charting. It reads in 1/100 degree steps and can show Fahrenheit or Celsius, and it beeps when a reading is done.
Take an oral reading in about 60 seconds each morning on waking, then record it on the included 6-month ovulation chart. The thermometer can be used with or without a probe cover.
The manual says it helps track basal temperature as an aid in ovulation prediction for conception and is not intended for contraception. It comes with a battery, storage case, 5 probe covers, charts and an instruction booklet.
