Pavlok 3 Pro Deluxe Edition habit-breaking wearable with metal mesh band
The Pavlok 3 Pro Deluxe Edition is a wrist wearable that interrupts unwanted habits in the moment with a beep, vibration or an optional zap. It pairs with the Pavlok app on iOS or Android, where you set up the device and adjust zap strength.
The Deluxe Edition uses a magnetic metallic mesh wristband in Obsidian Black and comes in Small or Regular wrist sizes. It charges by USB, Pavlok lists about 5 to 7 days per charge, and it can be worn alone or added to a smartwatch or analog watch.
Pavlok says it is not intended for children, women who may be pregnant, people with certain heart conditions or an internal medical device such as a pacemaker, and recommends users be 18 or older. It is rated IP67, but frequent showering and swimming are not recommended.
