Proov Complete is an at-home fertility test kit that tracks four hormones in urine across your cycle: FSH, E1G, LH-beta and PdG. The 20 count kit includes 3 FSH tests and 17 multihormone tests.

The free Proov Insight app builds your testing schedule, tells you each morning whether it is a testing day, and delivers an Ovulation Score and fertility report at the end of the cycle. Results come in 10 minutes per test.

Use first morning urine held for at least six hours, starting on cycle day 5. A compatible iPhone or Android phone with the app is required. Hormonal birth control can lower hormone levels. Share your results with a doctor to decide next steps.
