First Place Mini Resistance Loop Bands set, light, medium and heavy 3 pack

This First Place mini resistance loop bands set from Perform Better includes three closed-loop bands in light (yellow), medium (green) and heavy (blue) resistance. Each band measures 9 inches long by 2 inches wide.

The bands are used for lateral steps, leg extensions, shoulder stabilization and dynamic warm-ups, for both upper and lower body work. They are made of natural rubber latex and stretch up to about 2.5 times their original length.

This set contains three bands. The black extra heavy band sold by the manufacturer in its four-pack is not included. The bands contain natural rubber latex, so they are not suitable for anyone with a latex allergy.
